Treasurer Resources
The Ohio Treasurer's Office launched a new transparency initiative, OhioCheckbook.com—a website that allows taxpayers to review the spending of public entities. Canton Local Schools is proud to announce that our transparency information is now available to the public.
To view our spending data, visit OhioCheckbook.com, click on the Local Government and Schools tab in the upper left corner, and use the map to locate Canton Local Schools.
The Canton Local Board of Education and Administration believe it is essential to provide our residents with the opportunity to understand and track how school funds are spent. OhioCheckbook.com gives us another way to share this information and demonstrate that we are using taxpayer dollars responsibly—to educate, transport, feed, coach, counsel, and support the students of Canton Local Schools in the most cost-effective way possible.
