Who: Canton Local staff, students, and/or support groups
All internal/district-related groups wishing to use Canton Local School District facilities should follow these procedures:
Submit the completed form at least two weeks before your event. The building is shared with many community partners, schools, athletics, clubs, and organizations. The earlier you apply, the more likely your preferred date, time, and location will be available.
To ensure accurate scheduling and support, indicate all equipment, audio-visual, and custodial needs on the form.

Who: Individuals, groups, or organizations not affiliated with Canton Local Schools
Complete the fillable online form or contact the appropriate staff member based on your needs. We’ll review the rental guidelines with you and share all relevant fee details for your request.
