First Day Forms

Our district is once again using the First Day Forms online system. This process replaces hard copy student registration and permission forms typically sent home on the first day of school.

You should have received an email with your student’s snapcode and link to the powerschool enrollment system.  We ask that you complete these forms as soon as possible. All forms must be submitted prior to the first day of school.  If you have any questions you can email online.enrollment@cantonlocal.org or call 330-484-8010.

2024 Back to School Details

• Thursday, August 15 – Readyfest - Canton South Middle School (Grades 6-8)  - 4:30 - 6:30 - pm
• Thursday, August 15 - Readyfest - Faircrest Memorial Elementary School (Prek-2) - 4:30 – 6:00 pm
• Thursday, August 16 - Meet The Teams - 5:00pm
• Monday, August 19 - Readyfest - Faircrest Memorial Elementary School  (Grades 3- 5) - 4:30 – 6:00 pm

First Day of School

• Tuesday, August 20  - Grades  PreK - 9 – First Day
• Wednesday, August 21  - All Students attend (except K)
• Friday, August  23  - First Day of Kindergarten
• Friday, August 30 No School

Canton South High School Events

• Tuesday, August 13 - CTE Orientation 5:30 - 7:30 pm, CSHS Performing Arts Center (PAC)

• Tuesday, August 20 - Freshman Orientation Day (regular school day / CSHS open house 4:30pm

• Wednesday, August 21  - All HS students attend
