Four Corner Activity:
Many of us are familiar with this activity; however, here’s the twist for review & test prep time. Assign/Post a letter to each corner of the room, then ask the students a multiple choice question. (Preferably the question is projected so that students can read and re-read as they formulate their answer.)
Each student needs to choose a corner, or letter, to signify his or her answer to the multiple choice question. Providing time for debrief and reflection on the right and even wrong answers can clarify many misconceptions.
This is a great way to get students kinesthetically involved in review time!
