Registration will be held at Amos McDannel School
(210 -38th St SE Canton OH  44707) on the following days:

Wednesday, April 14 at 1:15 pm
Tuesday, May 18 at 1:15 pm
If these times are not convenient, please call the school to set up an appointment - 330-484-8030.

Please bring the following information regarding your child:

1. Birth certificate
2. Social security card
3. Immunization record
4. Proof of residency (ex. utility bill)
5. Custody papers, if applicable
6. District of Origin (foster children)

Children need not be present for registration. 
This is a time for parents to complete necessary paperwork.

Kindergarten screening will be held June 1 & 2
