Faircrest Memorial Middle School presents Disney’s Frozen, Jr. 

The cold doesn’t bother the Faircrest Memorial Middle School cast and crew in their upcoming presentation of Disney’s Frozen, Jr.  Frozen JR. is based on the 2018 Broadway musical, and brings Elsa, Anna, and the magical land of Arendelle to life, onstage. The show features all of the memorable songs from the animated film, with music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, plus five new songs written for the Broadway production.

A story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Frozen JR. expands upon the emotional relationship and journey between Princesses Anna and Elsa. When faced with danger, the two discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood. With a cast of beloved characters and loaded with magic, adventure, and plenty of humor, Frozen JR. is sure to thaw even the coldest heart!

The production features a cast and crew of almost 100 students in grades 5-8.  Leading the cast are Samarah Neal as Elsa, Marissa Zaleski as Anna, Donnie Boswell as Hans, Blake Leighley as Kristoff, Caity Wilkinson as Olaf, and Toni Datkuliak as Sven.  The production is directed by Stefanie Fatzinger, Rashad Mitchell, Lucy Thompson and Brandon Leach. 

The performances will be on Friday, March 6th at 7pm and Saturday, March 7th at both 2pm and 7pm in the Canton South High School Performing Arts Center. All seats are reserved and $10.  In addition, there will be a character meet and greet prior to the Saturday, March 7th matinee performance at 1pm- Frozen Fest.  Frozen Fest participants will get a cookie and an opportunity to get photos with some of the cast members.  Frozen Fest is an additional $5 ticket.
