Hello! My name is Chris Bergert and I am one of the Art teachers at Canton South High School. I teach A.P. Art, Senior Art, Sculpture/Mixed Media, and our CTE Graphic Design Programs I & II.
Our goal as an Art department is to encourage students to think creatively through and about the Visual Arts.
We are very proud of the quality of learning and artwork that happens while in one of Canton South's Art classes. We consistently produce award winning artwork and many of our students go on to be accepted at various colleges and universities for art.
Our Visual Arts program is designed to meet the needs and
interests of students. From painting and sculpture to photography and computer graphics, there is something for everyone at Canton South High School.
