Senior Citizen Pass

Policy Update 2017

Canton Local Schools values its community’s support and takes pride in honoring the tradition and history of the district.  We truly appreciate the many years of dedication from our deep-rooted residents and one way we can say thanks is to offer a CLSD Senior Citizens Card.

Card details and benefits:

  1. The senior citizens pass provides free general admission to all non-reserve seating school events held within the district with the exception of fundraisers, post-season athletic tournaments and licensed musicals/theatrical performances.
  2. Lifetime membership. The card never needs to be renewed.
  3. Membership extended to cardholder only. Family members 60+ living within the Canton Local School District can apply at the District office. Must have proof of age and residency. Acceptable forms of ID include driver’s license and state ID.
  4. Reserved seats for CLSD athletic events may be available at a discounted rate. (OHSAA rules does not permit free admission to post-season tournament events.)

Canton Local is your school district, and we are pleased to open our doors a bit wider through the Senior Citizen Card. We hope you will enjoy being part of school again!
